Six ways to
find your world.

Big cities, tiny clues and places you have always wanted to see. Pick a mode and put your curiosity on the map.

Capitals

Name it. Find it.

You get a capital city. Drop your pin as close as you can to its location. Practise one continent before taking on the whole world.

Try Capitals

Countries

Put the world in its place.

Find the named country. Any pin inside its borders earns full marks; a miss is measured from the country rather than just its capital.

Try Countries

Which country?

A pin. Four possibilities.

A pin is already on the globe. Read the landscape and pick which of four countries it lies in. A solo hint removes two choices for half points.

Cities

Look beyond the capitals.

Find major cities that are not capitals, from Osaka to Cape Town. Recognising the coast, region and nearby countries can help narrow your guess.

Try Cities

Landmarks

Big sights. Small margins.

Pin famous places such as Uluru and the Eiffel Tower. A familiar name is only the start: finding its position on the globe is the challenge.

Try Landmarks

Languages

Let a phrase take you somewhere.

Read a phrase, or listen when your browser has a suitable voice. Pin a country where that language is a main language; more than one country may be accepted.

Take the Survival world tour

Survival is an untimed challenge across all 193 countries. The globe rotates as you explore; pause it, zoom and drop your pin. You have two lives, and a miss costs one. Correct countries do not repeat in the run. Find every country in one run to earn Ultimate Explorer. Your run saves after each answer so you can return later. Drag to aim, place a marker, then confirm. Optional Precision Mode adds a 3× aiming lens and extra zoom for small countries and islands. Detailed island boundaries replace the old capital-only fallback.

Earn an extra life at 49, 98 and 147 correct countries. The global Survival leaderboard ranks your best single run, and Ultimate Explorer appears on your account when earned.

Your personal 3D Earth

Open My Earth to see discovered countries light up in mint. Signed-in discoveries sync across devices; guests can preview their world and claim it by creating an account in the same browser. Survival, completed solo sessions and completed multiplayer games can all add countries.

Mix it up online

Public online games rotate Capitals, Countries, Cities and Landmarks across three rounds, with a different continent or the whole globe each round. All six modes have their own XP levels and global leaderboard, and every solo mode is free to play.

A new place is waiting. Ready to find it?
